Digital Delivery
After successful payment, eligible products are delivered digitally through download links, order confirmation pages, account access, email delivery, or a combination of these methods.
Please make sure your email address is accurate at checkout and check your spam folders.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
However, we want adventurers to have a good experience. If you experience:
- a duplicate charge
- a failed or incomplete download
- a corrupted file
- a technical issue that prevents normal access
please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to issue refunds, replacements, or updated files at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing problem, please contact us before filing a chargeback whenever possible so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
